Aeropress Coffee Maker
The Aerospress coffee maker has long been considered one the cleanest, easiest to use and portable coffee makers on the market making it a one of the first things to be packed in the athlete’s travelling kit bag
We do our caffeine and CGA testing following a brew using the Aeropress. The reasons for this is it delivers very good extraction results, it’s portable, inexpensive and easy to clean on your travels. On top of that the method produces a very good quality cup of coffee
When we brew and test here at Grind Over Matter we use the inverted brewing technique which you can learn about (here)
The only thing we would suggest is to leave the coffee to steep for 2 minutes rather than the 30 seconds suggested in this video, this gives enough time for maximum extraction and its exactly how we test.
